COVID-19 has not just changed our world, it's changed our behaviour too. From what and when we eat, to how we exercise and sleep, the pandemic and the lockdowns that followed disrupted our day-to-day lives.

According to the world's largest diet and lifestyle survey of its kind, some used the pandemic as an impetus to improve their diet and experienced health benefits, while for others the disruption resulted in poorer diet quality and health behaviours. What's clear, is that we all responded differently to our new, strange world.
